Ultimate Reset Tip #1 Look Ahead
Make sure you look ahead to the next day’s meals. There is a ton of food preparation so you do not want to be caught off guard. One of the places where we messed up on day 1 for the Ultimate Reset was dinner. Dinner for day 1 was baked salmon but the place where we messed up was that we needed to marinate for an hour! So we just ended up having day 2’s dinner instead. 🙂
Ultimate Reset Tip #2 Prepare In Advance
Preparation is going to be key with the Beachbody Ultimate Reset so prepare in advance anything you can. Some things that can be prepared in advance include salad dressings, veggies, marinades, grilled chicken for salads and your mineralized water. We bought gallon jugs of distilled water and added the mineralize directly to it in advance so that we can just grab and go. Another thing that we added to the water was lemon juice. The lemon will take away the saltiness from the Himalayan salt.
Ultimate Reset Tip #3 Give Yourself Time
Like I said before, there is a lot of food preparation so make sure you plan for it. Give yourself an extra 20- 30 minutes, especially in the morning, to get your breakfast made. If you’re someone who typically grabs a protein bar on the way out this is going to be a bit of an adjustment (I know it was for me).
If you follow some of these tips when starting your Ultimate Reset you will have a much easier time on day 1.
