Are you a busy mom? Even if you’ve never been a mom, you know a mom… and we all know how busy moms can be. Between running the home and family, running the kids everywhere, feeding everyone and, for many moms, working a job outside of the home, moms may be the busiest people around. With as crazy as a mom’s daily life is I’ve never met a mom that didn’t want to get in better shape. And the truth of the matter is that the healthier you are (on the inside and outside), the more energy you have for everything else in your life.

But any way that you look at it, if you’re a busy mom, a workout that shows results with only ten minutes of workout time is like a gift from the heavens.

I also think that Shaun T’s Hip Hop Abs and Chalene Johnson’s Turbo Jam are great workout choices for busy moms. And just because you won’t be using any weights in these programs doesn’t mean that you won’t be doing full body fat burning cardio through many of the workouts. Most of the workouts are only half an hour long and, most importantly, they’re incredibly fun workouts. If you’re a mom, chances are your day involves a lot of stress, and some “fun time” is just what you deserve.

One of the biggest challenges as a busy mom is getting enough calories throughout the day. From running errands to running the family, time can just seem to slip away and there may be days when you completely forget to eat! Don’t let this happen.
