Body Beast Results – Phase 1 – BUILD

Wow! I can’t believe that I am already done with Phase 1, the BUILD phase, of Body Beast. That was probably the fastest 3 weeks of my life. I’ve gotta say, I am SUPER excited about my Phase 1 Body Beast results! As someone who STRUGGLES to gain any kind of mass, and will quickly start to shrivel away if I stop working out, I am so pumped for not only the results that I have already gotten, but for the results that are still to come!

Body Beast Results Pics

One of the things that I am most guilty of is NOT taking my before and after photos. I guess maybe it’s because I’ve always been a thin guy so I never had a huge weight loss story or transformation. So when I took my starting picture and my 21 day picture and I lined them up side by side, I was really amazed at the results that I had achieved in just 21 days! I can’t wait to see what some serious Body Beast results look like on day 90!!
