P90X. Have you heard of it? If not, you’re probably living under a rock and not able to read this post anyways. But okay, so you have P90X, you’ve “tried” it, but you want to get better results with P90X. What can you do? Well, in my 2+ years of doing P90X I have a few tips that I think might be able to help you get better results with P90X (or ANY Beachbody program for that matter).
Get Better Results with P90X
I’ve been helping people get results with P90X and other Beachbody programs for some time now. These are the Top 3 things that I have found that people who have success with these programs have in common. Do any one of these things and you will dramatically increase your chances of getting the results you want with P90X!
1. Get A (Good) Coach
What do all successful sports teams, professionals, business owners, sales people and any other successful person or organization you can think of have in common? They all have had someone in their lives who has coached them to success. Whether it is a teacher, trainer or coach, having someone there to hold you accountable and give you honest, open feedback and constructive criticism, someone to hold your feet to the fire and give you a kick in the pants, when necessary, is critical to your success. If you have a coach that can help you, stay in touch with them. Tell them your goals and let them hold you accountable. 2. Get A Workout Partner
Having someone to workout with is one of the best things you can do if you want to get better results with P90X. When you have someone there doing the workouts with you, you will find that you will both push each other past what you thought was possible. The energy that you will feed off of each other will help you keep going when you really don’t want to. Who can a workout partner be? Anyone! It can be a friend, a spouse or even a son or daughter. Having a partner do the workout with you will also increase the fun of the program! Painful and fun. What a combination! 🙂
3. Do An Online Beachbody Challenge
What’s a Beachbody challenge? It’s a group of people all working out, eating right and supporting each other to reach their goals. Challengers check in daily with each other and post, in a private Facebook group, what they did, how their results are going, etc. All of the workouts are done on your time in your home. No in-person workouts or meetings necessary! This is a great option for someone who does not have a partner to workout with or cannot workout with that partner every day and wants to get great results. Our challengers are crushin’ it and getting in the best shape of their lives. It’s amazing what a little group accountability can do!
Bonus Tip – How to Get the BEST Results with P90X
Do you want to get the best results with P90X or your preferred Beachbody program? Of course you do! In my experience, here is the absolute best way to get the absolute best results that you can. From the tips above, if you were to do tip 1 and 3 you would exponentially increase your results with P90X (or whatever program you happen to be doing).
