What Is A Beachbody Challenge Group?
You’ve heard about the Beachbody Challenge, but what exactly is a Beachbody challenge group? It’s simple. It’s an online support group where we all support and encourage each other to success with our preferred Beachbody workout program. Each Beachbody challenge group is limited to 5 challengers. Each challenger will be doing their preferred Beachbody program, drinking Shakeology daily and participating in the accountability group on a daily basis. Fitness. Nutrition. Support. Success.
What Do I Need to Join Your Beachbody Challenge Group?
There are a few things that you’re going to need to get started and join one of our Beachbody Challenge groups. First, you’ll need to make me your Beachbody coach. To make me your coach, click on the “FREE COACHING” tab at the top of the page. Next, you’ll need to pick out your preferred Beachbody workout program and choose which flavor of Shakeology you want for your first month! The easiest, most cost effective way to do that is to get a Beachbody challenge pack. It will save you between $30-$60 and includes your fitness program, your first month of Shakeology and a 30-day Beachbody club membership which will give you access to the customizable meal planner and VIP resources.
Ok. I Think I’m Ready
Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Hold on a minute. You THINK you’re ready? Well I hate to tell you this, but you do not qualify to join my Beachbody challenge group. To me, it sounds like you’re just “interested”, and there’s a HUGE difference between interested and committed. When you’re interested in something, you do it when it’s convenient. When you’re committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results!
I’m looking for people who are SERIOUS about getting the results that they want and are going to be committed to this! This is a HUGE commitment on my part to coach you through these next 90 days and I need you to be equally committed before we move forward. So, are you committed? Are you serious? Or are you going to make excuses about not working out and not eating right when it’s not convenient?
