As a mom, I know that you are being pulled in a million different directions and the last thing that you want to worry about is what you are eating and your workout for the day. I totally get that! I too, am a very busy working and homeschooling mom of 3 active children!
I also know at the exact same time you are wishing you could fit in your favorite jeans, feel comfortable without your muffin top spilling over or maybe you maybe envision yourself in that little black dress for a special event…. or…. gasp…. wear a 2 piece on your anniversary cruise coming up. I totally get it and know the feelings. and in my case, it was so easy for me to “hide” in my RN scrubs at work or in sweatpants on my days off… I hated the way I looked in “regular” clothes so I rarely wore them.
Invest In YOU!
Whether you’re a stay at home mom, a working mom, or like me, a little of both, you’re probably not getting enough sleep, the kids aren’t napping, they’re not cooperating with your mission to live healthier, they won’t eat anything that resembles a vegetable, you have no “me time”, and you can’t even go to the bathroom alone (please tell me that I’m not alone LOL!)…. Or maybe you’re like me when I started my journey (my husband had lost his job and we were behind on all of our bills) and you don’t want to invest in a fitness program or you think eating healthy is going to cost an arm and a leg… or maybe you are hesitant to invest in Shakeology because you are afraid you won’t like it, you won’t actually start or finish it and you don’t want to WASTE money that can be used for the family….
I get it, I know how you feel. We were living paycheck to paycheck and barely getting by when we first started incorporating Shakeology into our meal plan. I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I started, but I knew I NEEDED to do something and I had become quite passionate (maye borderline fanatical LOL) about researching nutrition and holistic health after I started to see an increase in my young patients dying from chronic diseases that used to only be diseases of the elderly….. as well as our puppy’s cancer diagnosis.
This got me digging DEEP into researching nutrition and the benefits of feeding my family whole foods and whole food supplements. So, I finally decided, what the heck, I can give Shakeology 30 days and see what happens.

I committed to P90X, I learned about clean eating, I drank Shakeology and I got into the best shape of my LIFE! I have completely changed MY own life and the lifestyle habits of my family (including our dog’s) in the process. My husband, who had his own health struggles, also saw amazing benefits from me changing the way we ate. Now my kids know the difference between good and bad choices and they are well aware of when they have too much sugar. I love that our kids see us as a healthy family and one that places a priority on exercise and nutrition! What started out as something I was doing for myself and my own self confidence has become a decision that is positively impacting my family and those around me!
To watch this unfold in my life has been amazing but it has also inspired me to do the same for other moms just like you! So no matter how old your kids are now or even if you have no kids I want to inspire you to commit to learning and implementing a couple new habits every week to create a healthier lifestyle for you and your family! I want YOU to be the example for others.
I am going to teach you how to make exercise a part of your life. I am going to teach you how to plan out healthier meals, to prepare healthy snacks, to stay motivated through the next 30+ days and to find balance between sweets and treats and staying on track, despite a busy schedule!
I am far from perfect, but together, we can continue to get better and each our goals to live healthier, more fulfilling lives full of energy and fun! Remember this is a lifestyle, not a diet! It’s important to have the best of both worlds.
So, now that it sounds all awesome and fabulous, what is involved?
1. You are required to have ME as your COACH through Team Beachbody.
2. Then together WE pick a fitness program through Team Beachbody that fits your needs. It does not matter what your ability level is, I have something for you!
3. You are REQUIRED to replace 1 meal a day with Shakeology ONLY for the duration of the group. Once it is over you can decide if you have enough healthy recipes in your pocket to prepare meals without needing shakeology or if you find its convenient and it takes care of 1 meal you can keep going! 6 years later, I STILL drink Shakeology daily.
4. Then, it is required that you participate in my Private VIP online group daily. Each day I will share a tip, recipe, motivation or meal plan. You check in, rate your day and get your inspiration for the next 24 hours. You can log in whenever you want just as long as I know you are there it’s all good!
I am your personal support system so that you actually start, finish and truly succeed at changing your lifestyle. I will share with you the recipes that my family loves along with the quick easy recipes that don’t take a lot of prep, like this one – OR- this one (video tutorial)!
We will start our plan and prep week on February 22. That means we will set our goals, I will teach you how to clear out the old and bring in the new, give you recipes, a meal plan outline and suggestions and together we will start working out the following MONDAY!
