1 medium tomato, chopped
1 green bell pepper (or red bell pepper or yellow bell pepper), chopped
¼ red onion, chopped
12 sprigs fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/2-1 lime freshly squeezed
- Combine tomato, bell pepper, onion and cilantro in a medium bowl.
- Drizzle desired amount of lime juice and mix well.
- Enjoy with your favorite nacho chips (preferably organic and non-gmo).
