Doesn’t get much simpler, healthier (if all organic ingredients are used) and vitamin packed than this Simple Salsa Recipe. This is always a favorite at our parties!  Hope you enjoy it too!

Prep Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: None
Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 green bell pepper (or red bell pepper or yellow bell pepper), chopped
¼ red onion, chopped
12 sprigs fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/2-1 lime freshly squeezed

Preparation:

  1. Combine tomato, bell pepper, onion and cilantro in a medium bowl.
  2. Drizzle desired amount of lime juice and mix well.
  3. Enjoy with your favorite nacho chips (preferably organic and non-gmo).

    I made this salsa tonight and it is delicious!! So fresh and so filling! It is so easy to make and so flavourful! Thank you. I am definitely going to make this again. I am going to try to make your guacamole recipe next time!!
