Last week I started my 3rd round of P90X and so I really decided to Bring It! I’ve decided that I am going to do the “Doubles” calendar so that I can be in extremely great shape for the summer (I’ll be going to a lot of basketball referee camps). With the idea of “Bringing It” stuck in the back of my mind throughout my Chest and Back workout on Monday I really wanted to push myself.
I started the workout feeling great. I was full of energy, feeling strong and ready to push myself to the brink. I started off strong, busting out 40 push-ups. Then it was time for “wide front pull-ups”. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5……10, 11, 12….16, 17, POP! What was that!?
