The current trend of obesity is staggering. It is estimated that over 20 million Americans have diabetes with the majority of those people having Type 2 diabetes. With those statistics staring us in the face, my wife and I have committed to keeping my family physically active in any way that I can. Lately, my kids (not to be confused with Tony’s “kids”) have been following in our footsteps and jumping in on different P90X workouts. Here’s a couple of pictures of them joining me in a little Ab Ripper X.
