The Beachbody Ultimate Reset. You may have been hearing a lot of buzz about it. But maybe you’re wondering, “What Is the Ultimate Reset?” and “Can it actually improve my health?” or “What kind of results can I expect from the Beachbody Ultimate Reset?” Let’s take a look at these one at a time.
What Is The Ultimate Reset?
First, let’s clarify what the Ultimate Reset is NOT. With so many cleanses, fasts, detoxes, etc out there, it can be confusing and you may end up lumping the Ultimate Reset into the same category with something that it is not.
The Ultimate Reset is NOT a colon blast. You know what I’m talking about. One of those “cleanses” where you spend 90% of your waking hours on the “thrown” (aka toilet). The ones where you have to invest in bulk toilet paper. The ones where your stomach is in knots! This is NOT one of those.
The Ultimate Reset is NOT a “fast”. Many people do fast for different reasons. Health, religious, etc. There are many benefits to fasting, both mental and physical, but the Ultimate Reset is not a fast. You eat food. And a lot of it! Oh, and it tastes amazing!
The best way that I can describe the Ultimate Reset to someone is that it’s a 21-Day Nutrition Boot Camp. Yes, it will detoxify your body (on a cellular level) but you won’t be on the toilet all day, you won’t be starving yourself. You will be feeding your body what it actually needs to function and do what it does best!
Will I Lose Weight With The Ultimate Reset?
The purpose of the Ultimate Reset is to detoxify your body on a cellular level. Now, while the main purpose is not to lose weight necessarily, you may end up losing weight, if you need to. I’ve seen people lose anywhere from only a couple of pounds in 21 days to over 30lbs in 21 days! It all depends on how “toxic” you are. 🙂
Will the Ultimate Reset Improve My Health?
In my opinion, the overall health benefits of the Ultimate Reset far outweigh anything else. Yes, weight loss is great. Yes, more energy is great. Yes, clearer skin is great. But the overall health benefits and improvements that people are seeing are just amazing. I’ve seen people come off of medications (that they’ve been on for decades). I’ve seen people’s arthritis pains go away. And one of the biggest things I’ve seen, is the confidence that people have gained from going through just 21 days of clean eating, learning how to properly fuel their bodies right, and getting in tune with their own bodies so from here on out, they are aware of how their body reacts to certain things.
I personally do the Ultimate Reset once per year and kind of an annual “restart” for myself. I always find that it helps me to get out of a rut, break through a plateau and give me more energy so that I can get back to my daily life and be a better wife, mom, friend and coach. Here are my recent results from my own Ultimate Reset journey. This was the second time that I have completed the Reset and even though I didn’t think I had much to lose, I was absolutely in love with the results that I got!
