What’s the #1 Excuse to Avoid Working Out?

If you’re like the rest of us, you’re busy. From work, to family, to kids, there never seem to be enough hours in the day to get it all done – let alone workout. This by far has to be the most popular excuse that I hear from friends and family when I tell them that I’ve been working out with P90X. I get things like, “Oh, I would love to do something like that but…you know…with work…then I have to make dinner…then take Johnny to practice…there’s just no time.” WRONG!

If I can squeeze in and hour per day to workout then so can anyone. My day is filled with the dame things that your day is. I work, spend time with my family, take my kids to practice – shoot, I even went back to school myself a few months ago. So don’t tell me about busy.

Everyone has the same 24-hours in a day. It’s what you do with the time you’re given that makes all the difference.
