What’s The Difference Between P90X and P90X2?

So Mark, “What’s the difference between P90X and P90X2?”

This has been a common question I have been getting recently with the upcoming release of P90X2.  My answer – “P90X2 will truly take your workouts and your results to the NEXT level!”

P90X vs P90X2

Like most Beachbody programs, P90X2 was created to get you fit.  P90X2 will be similar to P90X in the fact that it will use resistance training, plyometrics, yoga and cardio training. One big difference between the programs is that P90X2 will also incorporate something called “post activation potentiation.” Post Activation Potentiation (PAP) is designed to stimulates different muscles in your body to improve athletic performance.  P90X2 is going to be a complete, total-body workout.

I have attached an amazing video interview from the man himself, P90X2 trainer Tony Horton.  You will definitely want check out the video below to listen to Tony tell you what’s the difference between P90X and P90X2.

  1. P90X2 looks pretty extreme! I’m thinking I could use another round of P90X before I could move on to P90X2.
