Monday: Chest & Back

Tuesday: Plyometrics

Wednesday: Shoulders & Arms

Thursday: Yoga

Friday: Legs & Back

Saturday: Kenpo

Sunday: Off

Week 1 of Round 3 and I’m still sore! P90X continues to amaze me with how effective it is. I have never worked out with any other routine where I am constantly sore (in a good way). Muscle confusion is the way to go and I don’t think I will ever go back to a “traditional” workout program.
